What is the difference of Welded Drill bit (Type-1) and Glvz Drill Bit(Type-2) ?

 

1. They are used on Different Machines (this is very important for you to buy the machine at the first time) :

    Type-1 is used on Manual Drilling Machine(JR1042 & JR1046)

    Type-2 is used on Portable Drilling Machine (JR1084) & Table Drilling Machine (JR1086)

 

2. Different Production :

    Type-1 is welded the diamond tip on the drill body

    Type-2 is Electric Plated (E. Glvz) the diamond on the drill body

 

3. Different Quality of Drilling holes :

    Type-1 drill bit can make double or much more hole than Type-2.

    Type-2 can make about 50holes - 80holes each PCS

 

4. Different weight:

    Type-1 10pcs/bag,100pcs/box ,2.5kg/100pcs

    Type-2 10pcs/bag,100pcs/box, 3.5kg/100pcs
